information center will not work

I have a 96 xlt v8 2wd. My information center stopped working and i can't figure it out. I've checked all the fuses and they are all good. Also my radio lights will not come on.

Try replacing the fuses, even if they look good... Does the radio turn on at all, or are the lights off but the radio still works? Can be two unrelated issues...

The radio works and the display works but none of the button lights work. And i have recently replaced all the fuses.
