Does anyone have a fix for broken door panel armrests on a 98 explorer?

Thanks, I should point out that the thin pieces of molded plastic that used to span the bottom of the handgrip portion of the armrests have deteriorated also the plastic "NUT" has pulled out of the foam in front of the grip leaving me with a floppy rubber handles dangling from my doors. The back part(the actual armrest portion) remains intact.
