I replaced the upper intake gaskets on my 4.0, its out of a 92 explorer so no egr valve. question is there a specific way to put the injector orings in without tearing them all to hell? im on my 2nd set of orings and 5th time taking this thing apart in 2 days. Ive tried putting them on the injectors themselves, putting them in the fuel rail, tightening them down with the bolts and pushing the rail on by hand, each time I get it back together I have a leaking injector with a ripped oring so I have to take it back apart, its getting really frustrating, if anyone can shed some light on this id like to get my rig back on the road.
