- Explorer v6 4.0 4x4 2009
hello everyone,
let me introduce myself, my name is Benjamin and i own a ford explorer v6 4x4 from 2009 in france.
for the record I had a 2003 explorer v6 4x2 and I had an accident with the driver opposite having lost control he hit my chassis. then I bought a 2009 4x4 with defective transmission (slip) I opened both transmission to replace the shaft and swap the elements. today when I wanted to reassemble my trans I couldn't make more than 1/2 revolution of the engine before it jams and when I move the trans 2mm away it no longer stalls. my converter is in place but on the other hand my input shaft refuses to want to come out now.
Do you have a solution to suggest to me to extract it? and find out why my engine is stuck rotating with the transmission.
