Curious though... I see shackles and tortion twist.. what else does this person have done? looks more than a body lift.. or am i wrong?

i saw that picture browsing around the other night and believe it or not its a 3" BL with a TT. it said in his description what all was done to the Ex.

I've got a 92 and I'm just gonna do warrior shackles(already have), 2" spacer up front and a 3"BL with 32's for more flex.

I don't think he has a BL. You would see more frame with that?:thumbdwn:

my guess would be that it'd level out a little more or sit just a little bit higher with an added leaf. i plan on doing that after my shackles and TT.

Tires I am thinking about Are SUper Swamper TrxUs tires.. I dunno that i need to go bigger than 31's... they look beefy like i want them... and damn it all... I am trying to stay cheap but a suspension lift is sounding more and more appealing, 4" suspension with 31's? And shackles, and TT? what you think? and if I do go with the super swampers.. ****e I dont know what size wheel to get, or what size of the 31 inch tire. I was thinking about the eagle ally chrome ones, i think everyone knows what im talkin about. Lemme know! HAHAHA im gettin pumped

4" with just 31's would look like a lifted motorcycle....wierd!
Check out the Maxxis Bighorns. They are a M/T that is really good offroad and not very loud on road. I'd say a 15"x8" wheel. But you can most likely fit some 33's. Definitely fit 32's with 4" suspension.

These are the first items I have on my list actually solidified... Big question.. I read a tofew threads on re gearing and such.. seems I am still too much of a noob to do it my self, so what would be an efficient re gear for the tire size? I am going to do the 4 inch suspension lift and shackles and TT, so again, any input on this matter will be great. ALSO... Like I said I am sick of seeing rust.. what shall I do to the undercarriage? Can I cover tha Biatch in bed liner??? Thank you everyone

Those tires will be fine for a DD. I have the Trxus MT's on my DD and they rock, ride great, quiet, and amazing off road. A little soft and chunk out on rocks and sharp objects but don't seem to be wearing very fast, still 99% tread after 4K miles.

I don't feel it's worth bothering with gears until you go with a 33" tire. You want 4.10 with a 31" and you prolly have 3.73 now so it's close enough. 4.56 for 33's.

If you are going with a 31" tire do not lift higher than 3" total. I'm up 6" after my SAS and my 33" tires look a little small. Honestly I'd just do shackles and TT for 31's, I could clear my 33's like that with minor plastic trimming.

I think the pic is just deceptive. I'm guessing 19/32" or so tread depth. It should say on their site.
