I know you people aren't going to think it's much...but it's enough for me, was a steal from my brother, and most importantly bumps like crazy.
So here's the setup for my Dark Red 4-door '97 XLT:
Sony Xplod CD Head Unit
Rockford Fosgate Punch (roughly 250 watts) Amp
Two Jensen 10's w/ box
Now you may be thinking Jensen? They suck!
That's what I thought...at least when it comes to making a decent head unit they do, as for speakers I was surprised at how well they sound. Now the amp I first contemplated putting under the back seat which would have been pretty cool, but I really didn't have room after it was all said and done, so I ended up putting it on the right corner (near the seat) and drilling it to the plastic panel in the very back. As for all the wires I did my best hiding them up under the carpeting, and the overall result was great, both in looks and sound quality.
I'll hopefully have some pics of the setup in the weeks to come, so be on the lookout for that.
Peace all.
