I'm looking at a 2007 Explorer 4x4 EB, and aside from turning every knob and pushing every button, how does one find out what options were installed? Is there a list of codes (53G, 58Q, etc) pasted in the engine compartment or the door post? Thanks in advance for your answers and guidance.

Most options are basic with the model you have. Xl, Xls, Xlt, Eddie, etc. Other than that, it should be obvious, like navigation, disc changer, or what have you.

Thanks for your answers. I have a 2001 Buick which has a sticker in the engine compartment with a list of "installed options" by code. I was hoping someone would know where to find this list on an explorer (if such a list exists on the SUV). Until I actually get to look at the car, how do I know if it has the engine block heater (41H) or the reverse sensing system (76H).
(Techieman33 -- you're right -- but I was hoping for an answer on the web. Dealer visit will be inevitable.
Thanks again for your answers, everyone, and I am still searching.
