This might interest some of you. I went ahead and ordered the Superlift driveshaft to fix some of the issues I have been having with my stock one. As you can see from the pics, the Superlift shaft is quite a bit better, and has several zirk fittings as well. I can't wait to try it out on the trail.

Did they give you a boot to cover the exposed part of the shaft that slips in? I thought that it would have to be somewhat covered from the elements so as not to rust.

Were you having Vibration Problems or what?
How much did the shaft cost?

Sorry, here is a picture of the angle now...

And no, no boot came with the shaft. I was having noise issues and the stock boot was seeping. Plus I offroad ALOT and didn't trust the angle. The shaft was $320 from 4WPW.

Hmm. . that looks exactly like my custom drive shaft that I paid ~$200 for :p

Not the best pic but:

The only thing that is different is that custom flange that bolts to the stock transfer case, and thats what cost you. Oh. . and that fancy Superlift sticker :)

I didn't realize that the Superlift shaft had a slip joint. I always figured it was just like the stock shaft except with the double cardan CV, and 1" or so longer.

No boot is required on a slip joint, although many times there is one.

BTW Sean . . .that RCD lift looks good even from that angle :D

Yeah when I talked to the Superlift guy, he said the same thing. Basically he told me they had to have a special flange machined, and thats where the cost is. I was just happy it fit with no problems. I also wasn't aware there was a slip joint. You can image my pleasant suprise when I pulled it out of the box.
