I would like to replace my entire hatch with canvas and vinyl.

Check out the ranger rear screen panel. I would imagine something like that with the right measurements could get you where you want.

Funny that you brought this back up today. I just visited a Saddlery shop up in Wickenburg. They helped a friend out with the canvas top on his Jeep.

I asked if they would be willing to make me a canvas and vinyl cover and they will
Just have to wait until March before they can start on it. I'll ask and see if they're interested in making a template and reproducing them.
