got them out just put some heat on it putting blocks in now slow and steady wins this race!

i used a big pair of chanel locks and alot of pb and heat and they come right out

now i am trying to get the bolts and stock blocks out to ge tthe new ones in and they are just spinning tried heat wont work what now

Lock the bushing/mount in place with channel locks, as Doomie mentioned above, or a large pipe wrench, which is what I used. Jam the pipe wrench in there, get the handle up against the frame or have a buddy assist with holding it in place, and crank the bolts. PB blaster helps. If I remember correctly, I used almost an entire can during my BL.

k i got them out and got most of the new ones in but the ones that go inn under the dash on the driver and passenger seem like they are tightened allthe way down and i have used everyhthing to tighten them but there is still a have an inch of bolt hanging out the top and i checked twice and they are the right sized bolts suggested in the instructions of the bl manual should i go by smaller ones or is there a problem this also is a problem with the ones behing the rrear seat?

You're using the 853 or 883 kit, correct? That's for a Ranger. You're going to need to just match the bolts in the kit up with the sizes that came out of each mount on your truck. Being that the instructions and kit are for a Ranger, things are going to be a little different. You're just going to have to mix and match.

yes i belive it is one of those ones and its a PA k i will get smaller bolts.is there anything else i might have a problem with bubmer relocating bracets parking brake extension, steering shaft extension? i am new to trucks just starting to build one up to go off roading so any help would be great.also where is a good place to buy off road gear and accessories for these trucks like light bars and tires, bumbers and stuff like that.

You've gotta do some searching on here. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but the questions you're asking have been answered about a million times - this is a very common body lift and the wealth of information on how to do it on the site is staggering. Anyway, if your kit doesn't have the bumper relocation brackets, you're going to have to make your own or have someone with fabricating skills do it for you. The plans/dimensions are on the site somewhere. Steering shaft extension should be included in the kit. Make sure you watch your brake lines, I had to unbolt mine from some stock hangers in the engine compartment to prevent stretching and stress. Also, make sure your AC high pressure line is not against your lower fan belt when you're done with the lift. The belt will cut the line and it'll cost you.

As for offroad gear and accessories, your best bet in the internet. There are millions of sites you can order from. Summit Racing, Jegs, Desert Rat, 4 Wheel Parts etc. are good for general stuff. PIAA, Hella, KC, etc for lighting. Google what you're looking for and you'll find more sites than you know what to do with.

Good luck!

I used this method as well. You'll probably need to buy a 6 pack for a buddy to help you.
