Installing a carputer in a 95 with JBL

Hope someone can help me out, I am installing a carputer into my 95 XLT with the JBL sound system, I have searched for the past month or so trying to figure out how and if I can hook the carputer into the factory unit located in the rt 1/4 panel area, or if I need to install a aftermarket amp in its place, there will not be a HU installed, everything will be coming from the carputer. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I'm ready to do the install except for how to wire it into the speakers.

Car-Computers like this one from eBay don't have a built-in amplifier and it will not work with the factory JBL amp so you will need an amplifier to power the speakers. If your interested in a small amp that will fit in the panel you can check out this PowerPack from Alpine.
