But on my 1993 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer theres something wrong when trying to install a cd player. I didnt ask him much but its going to be hard to do it, I guess we cant find the right wiring harness? If anyone has any information on how to install a cd player to mine please right me back. Thank You

I just got done swapping decks yesterday, second time with this truck, so I have gotten good at it.
If you want it to be easy, you need to buy a wiring harness, most places that have car radios sell them, including walmart. this will allow you to wire in your speaker wires from the radio's harness to the new harness, then just plug it into the dash harness. Otherwise you will need to identify and splice each speaker wire individually, inside the dash. Not fun.
Depending on how many wires you have on the radios plug, you will then need to hook up the yellow to yellow, red to red, black to black, and orange/white to the same. If you have a amp or power antennae, you need to hook up the light blue to the same

What you need is an 'adapter harness.'

Circut city and whatnot should have that harness. Solder it into the harness for the headunit. Should plug and play at that point...

Dont go splicing into the factory wires (esspecially with such novice skill), because its going to make a MESS later down the road when those solder joints pop loose on ya.

The correct harness should only be like 20 bucks... It will be two clips, one grey, and one black.

From there, match up the colors on the adapter harness to the wiring harness clip that plugs in the back of your head unit.

You might need the amp bypass harness also. Your can buy everything including install instructons from:
