installing diamond cut headlights

is there a writeup somewhere? i did a search and cant find em... the install looks pretty straight forward, but the aimer and a few barbs are stuck in, need to know if i need to remove them

im thinking i should swap the things and try to reuse the aimers, how do you even remove them? there must be a barb in the back to release them

I reused the stock hardware and just snapped the new plastic lenses into place, it was easier than removing the whole kit and kaboodle.
