Do we have a post detailing both the upper AND lower manifold gasket change for a 97 5.0? There's probably one here, I know, but it's buried in all the other posts. I did search for some time.
I'm considering changing the upper because I seem to have an air/fuel mix problem. This will let me see a lot of other stuff in the compartment, too. But should I go ahead and do the lower as well while I am in there? If so I might need a slideshow, etc. beforehand. Comments on the gasket sets at NAPA suggested that the valve covers might need to come off to do the lower. Is this true?
