2014 Interceptor SUV
Our police suv has lost all electrical power to everything not standard on the truck. Our siren, lightbar, radio, computer, everything is dead but the truck starts and runs fine. All of the fuses I can find I have checked and are good..

Was it wired using a fusible link maybe?

Get a test light/multimeter and check for power at your extra equipment fuses.

If need to know more about fusible links check this out:

Without knowing how the installer installed things no one will know the answer to that question. Contact your upfitter ASAP.

Had a similar issue on a KJ. All electrical on and controlled from the dash would not turn on; started and ran just fine. Was the BCM (Body Control Module). I don't know much about brand new explorers or if they have one of these but it might be worth investigating.

So I did some more reading on the interceptor. Ford added a power point to the LH rear quarter area for accessories and suggests that all add ons pull power from this point.

It is pretty much a remote battery terminal box (behind the LH quarter panel trim in the lift gate area). This is a 80 amp circuit using fuses 1 and 2 in the fuse box under the hood and fusing both 50 amp fuses to one circuit.

You said you check the fuses but these are the ones you definitely need to check.

Look at the very last page of this pdf:

Do you have a "brookings ind" touch panel for your light bar?

the OP hasn't even signed in since posting the original post. Its a fleet vehicle. I would think they would have gotten it looked at by now or contacted the upfitter.
