Pulled Codes Trying To Get More Info

*******I hijacked my post about the tach issue, yea this sorta relates to it however i had a chance to get my snap-on mt2500 out to scan the computer in my 92 explorer. i pulled 2 codes with (koer) and there was no codes with (koeo)

The KOER codes were

173-oxygen sensor not switching-system is or was rich-single, right or rear ho2s- fuel control

and a

212-ignition tach signal was erratic(module/wiring)or spout circuit fault- ignition systems

so it comes down to this i have a o2 sensor but i feel that this may not fix my issue. I do have one driveability issue. When i first start it up i am able to pull off no issue when i pull off from a stop with it running maybe a minute it feels like its going to stall almost like a miss but it does not stall and the the only issue i have after that first time it runs great.

and my tach issue yea it does not read right on the dash that was my first issue and i have searched the board about the spout. found that it controls spark advance. but that's where i am stuck i never messed around with the problems i have so any info that any one can give me would be great

more info on my main post
