Interior lights stay on (front and rear)

Well thought I was doing the 97 eddy b a favor by giving it a bath.. well now the interior lights (front and rear) will not go out (I made sure the issue was not with me being a bone head and manually switching the map lights on). Oddly enough a few years ago (same problem) I was able to determine it was the rear hatch switch.. out it came. Now the lights are back on what the heck! Pulling fuse 27 is becomming a pita because the fuse that controls the dome lights also controls the power windows.. no AC (eddy has 240,000 and is now to the train station vehicle). The manual does not show in Interior light relay so I am wondering if the issue has to do with the front doors.. some mystery switch that turns them on and off?? TIA Jeff

I would imagine it thinks one of the doors are open. Are all of those switches working? are the lights in the door panels lit?

do u have ur dimmer all the way up maybe thats why ur lights r staying on

And.. the dumb ass award goes to ME! Sam01 was correct. Thanks for the obivious. I set the headlights via the rear view and never touch the dash switch let alone the dimmer. Thanks again guys!!
