My name is Danie Bente Sr
I am new to this Forum but old to Fords. I do not actually own an entire Explorer... just the suspension for my racing truck. I am here to garner any and/or all information regarding known suspension modifications to make my suspension more racing friendly and tunable.
The vehicle in question is a 1995 Ford F150 with the rear suspension out of a 2003 Ford Explorer Limited. It is going to be used as a 24 Hours of Lemons racing truck. In the past it has had a lowered stock leaf spring setup. I am upgrading to give my truck better handling characteristics.
