Is a 4405 BW transfercase from a 95 explorer compatible with the 99 4405?

Hi I'm a new member here and recently was asking about troubleshooting my transfercase problem with my 95. I then found it is in the transfer case. SO I found one cheap and need to see if its compatible, I do know the flange for 4wd is different but this is my daily driver and just need 2wd function at moment

It won't have the hole for the VSS/ speedo cable, and the front driveshaft is different.
