I was just curious as I read a thread on her reciever style rock sliders and was interested. I see that she hasn't posted since 11-2002 and I didn't know if she was still around.

Dunno. I know CoryL makes great ones though.

No offense to Gloria or her shop, but from what I've seen they often don't fit right and sometimes they're not prompt with fabrication or shipping.

Well the only ones of Coryl's I've seen are tubular and I don't like tubular.

I'm checking with a local 4x4 fab shop also.

I e-mailed her with the same question. I guess they moved to a new place in AZ, and it doesn't have the power requirements for them to set up 'shop' yet. They were anticipating being up and running soon and they will take orders at this time. Would you have them shipped to Alaska (assuming). Just FYI when John Johnstone got his from gloria, I believe it was like $110 shipping from NV to TX!!! So local fab'n may look pretty good :)

As soon as I get my SAS complete, I'll be looking for some nice rock sliders. Hopefully she'll be up by then.

My company has their own barge!!!!

So I only have to get it to our warehouse in Tacoma, Wa. From there it is really cheap up here to Alaska. My two BW1354 t-cases only cost me $5.86 ea from Washington and a 22RE engine was only like $52.00.

Freight doesn't scare me, I used to be a partner in a Commercial Office Furniture store. My old partner will help me in getting something from Nevada to Washington and pass along his 55-60% LTL freight discount.

Cory makes both the tube and square ones... I agree the tube ones look kind of goofy, but they are really strong. I have his square ones on my B2 and they are strong too.
