Is it ok if I come for warrantee service with my CAI

Every times I turn on my AC, there's a pinging sound. The sound gets bigger and bigger when I'm at a stop and goes away when I started driving. But when I'm at a idle speed, it's back on again.

I wanted to take my Explorer in to have them check up. But I have my Kuztomz filter. Will they give me troubles when they open up the hood?

Only if they attribute the pinging to a bad MAF sensor that has too much oil from the filter or a destroyed engine that got too much debris in it from the open air box. Of course they would have to prove the CAI caused the damage if you disputed their claims and took them to court. For me it was just easier to avoid the hassles by swapping my factory air box back on before taking mine to Ford.
