Is it possible to add rear A/C?

About the only thing my Limited doesn't have is rear air, and it's been so damn hot lately that the main A/C has been pretty overwhelmed.

not a ford one, you can add an aftermarket one but its a pita.... on a side note the rear ac on those trucks is worst then just front since it just more coolant and more to cool, 2 cores and still only 1 ac compressor.

Maybe your AC just needs to be recharged. And staying away from stop and go traffic will generally result in cooler air since the AC condenser stays cooler (its mounted against the radiator) as the vehicle is moving forward.
