Is it possible to put a foxbody 5.0 in a 2002

I have a built 302 motor that i kept when i sold my mustang and i was wondering if its possible to swap my 4.6L for the 5.0. I have a 2002 xlt 4w4.

Possible--yes. Anything is.

Cost effective? No

well thats pretty obvious. lol I just want to know if its pretty simple or if im going to have to fab everything, like my own mounts and change pretty much everything already on the X or if its gonna slide right in with easy, straight forward parts...

Well, if it was able to slide in with easy, straight forward parts, it would be cost effective...

No, you are going to have to fab mounts, mating surfaces, figure out how to get the computer in the Ex to run the 5.0L ignition, air, and fuel systems... So no, it's not worth doing unless you have a fab shop in your garage and about $5k in the bank to blow...

yeah. I guess that makes sense. lol. well if I wanted to do a motor swap could a 5.4L fit in it easier?
or should I think about just doing bolt ons to the 4.6.. is it the same motor as mustangs? because those parts are easy to find.
