Why would you want to? You can beef up the lower control arm and run a coil over shock, but the way struts work you’d need a fully custom set of arms, and steering.
You can’t run struts and torsion bars. Both suspend the truck. If you are at the limit of your bars, they need indexed, or new keys. You can only lift so much before you have too much CV angle. Ride will also suffer because you are gettin your lift from your suspensions avalable downtravel.
