Is limo(6%) tint legal on rear window?

Wanted to get mine a little darker but tint place said next darkest one is limo, and im not sure if i want to go that far. I think laws may vary from state to state, not sure. Any thoughts appreciated.

In most places, tinting is only illegal on the front windows...

Check your state law, in some cases SUV's are exempt from tinting laws because they are considered a "multi purpose" vehicle. Dead Link Removed

should be fine... some utility vans dont even have windows in the rear, or sides like a cargo van....
