Are these OK? Can I go higher with my TT lift?

Those cvs look pretty maxed. Or will be when the front is lifted. Best way to check, jack the front up, and rotate the tires checking for binding. You'll know when a cv is binding, as the tire won't rotate freeley. Then turn the wheel all the way to the right, spin tires, and same for the left.

Cool. I was not sure...I just did the TT and only went up 3/4", but I have no idea if it was at stock b4.

I did notice a new noise. It sounds like metal grinding, but its tinggy sounding, not grinding. I noticed it after driving through deep water holes and creeks. I assumed it was the wheel hub, since the other side just went last month. Could it be the CV making the noise? Again, it almost sounds like a caliper hanging up, but the sound doesnt go away when I hit the brakes.

could be the hub... my sisters boyfriend's 4 runner had a hub give when we were out last weekend and sounded kinda like what you described you're hearing but, I can't give a definate answer... sadly for him both of his cv's grenaded shortly after that all in the same trip too.

My front-end creaked all winter. It was the ball joints. They are not now, but I am planning on replacing. If it was creaking, then I would lean toward balljoints.

The stock keys on the torsion bars are only designed to give you maybe an inch of lift at max (I think) you may have exceeded their capabilities. Back them back down and see if the sound continues. To go higher, you will need to get larger keys.

I have my 2000 XLT TT 2.5" which is the max for the shops to get the allignment right, and probably pushing the limits of the front end. I would not go higher than 1.5" to 2"
