if anyone knows of a kit to make my tired 180,000 mile v-6 into a efi 5.0 please let me know. any help or tips would help.

Do a search on this topic. There is plenty of info on this board about a 5.0 swap. Also check out the conversion forum. Thats were all the good stuff is.
