Saw this when I was checking my oil level, that black stuff near the tip of the manifold (?) hasn't been there before. It's on the drivers side.

How screwed am I?

I don’t see it. If it’s just seepage and not actively leaking I wouldn’t worry about it.

Clean it off and see how long it takes to return.

Is it smoking, or burning? If not, should not be an issue.

Looks like rust spots to me, I wouldn’t worry

Well, is it rusty, or oily? Clean it up and wait, if its an oil leak, there should be less rust there than in adjacent areas

Looks like a seepage from valve covers ?
Not a big deal, clean it and keep an eye on it.
If it's from valve covers, replace the gasket or first just try to tighten the bolts around them.
