I keep hearing about it. I wasn't sure if this is it......
If it is do I really have to replace the condensor? I have a new orifice, accumulator, compressor, & O rings.

Nevermind. I just replaced it. I need my AC & only have limited time to work on it.

Short answer.. Yes...

Your on borrowed time. I've tried flushing black death out and my A/C worked for another 4 years or so.. But it then plugged the orifice tube up again.

When an a/c system dies, it can put black goop throughout the system. Flushing it helps but it doesn't solve it. The fix is you replace everything...

That is a BAAADD case of black death. You absolutely need to replace the condenser and thoroughly flush the lines and evaporator.
