Is this my IAC valve???

Is this my IAC valve... if so what is the best way to clean it? If not where is it?

Also right under the thing I circled is a black cap that covers somthing and it fell off. I don't know what the cap is or the thing it goes over is. any ideas?

Yup thats it.. You need a 10mm ratchet or socket to remove the housing bolts.. Just spray it liberally with carb cleaner or something suitable and let it dry..

don't forget to remove the little motor on the end that is held on by 2 screws b4 spraying it down. spraying it will ruin the motor part.
