Is this right for a 97 mounty?

I am not sure about that, as I have not been watching fleabay as much as I used to. Just looking at the interior of that truck, it just doesn't seem like it matches with the "feel" of the rest of the truck. Also, since I am (and that truck is) in the rust belt, I asked the seller to take a picture at each door, with the door open, pointing the camera at the door sill. This is where they all start to rust out. He sent me pics with the doors open looking at the windows and not the sill. I think that for sure, I will be passing on it.

Well, i'm thoroughly confused after seeing that. Maybe a first run 97? Still, I wouldn't trust a public auction car, on top of an ebay auction lol.
