I got it from Carid.com. It is stainless and a stick on with 3m double sided tape. By the way mine is a 09/12 build date.

About the shark fin antenna , yeah it is just for looks and I have not really noticed any loss in radio signal. I am thinking of another mod to put black vinyl on the roof and change the shark fin to a black one.

I would think that being in Florida, a black roof would be the last thing you would want. That is one sure way to draw in the heat.

Some people have installed the shark fin antenna because of their OEM one hitting the garage door. It is lower than the OEM antenna and apparently is easily mounted using some of the existing antenna parts. There is a thread that shows the installation procedure. I also think it looks better but I'm not sure if there is any reduction in the received signal strength when you are out in the countryside.
