Folks after many many hundreds of pounds and the the inability to get it to run reliably I traded my Explorer in, its a shame but I could'nt justify to my wife or myself to put further money into it. After it let me down three times in the wee small hours after a long day at work I decided enough is enough. I wish to thank everyone who has offered help and advice on this forum.I have for sale a set of SOHC V6 cam tools for sale part no OTC 6488 used once. Cost me £200 following import duty etc. If anyone wants to make me an offer please PM me. Thanks again especially Janolsson who has always chucked in a few ideas to help.

Keep your login details safe as i'm sure you will see another ex at some point that isn't so much of a dog and it will temp you into giving her a home.
Post your reg of the one you got rid of with the general problems and it might save one of us buying your old nail.

cheers mate reg was s560 jrf. easy to spot black grille cloth interior. It runs poor from cold, engine light comes on after a couple of days. There were other issues that kept coming back aswell just PM me if you want to know more
