I've got a roof rack finally!

None of you know this, but I bought a factory roof rack (used) and finally, after a couple months, installed it... it's not the best job in the world, but for now it'll do...

Anyway, I also put my spare tire up... here are some before and after pics:

Next week, I'm putting a bumper on the front... just a factory chrome one, although it's kinda dented a bit... But not bad for the price (free!)

After that, my next big thing is a 3 inch Rough Country Suspension lift, a prerunner light bar, and taillight guards... Maybe a bumper with a tire carrier also... But I'll have to see how my current setup works out first.

Hey, Capman2k. The roof rack looks great. I bet it comes very handy at times. Was it from a 1st or 2nd Gen X? I am selling my 2nd Gen Roof Rack and have gotten questions whether they fit 1st gen Explorers. Thanks, man.

Looks great. Espicaially since its got paint now! Those first couple pics looked a little rough. Did you do anything special to paint your rims?

Didn't do anything to paint the rims, just went out and spray painted a couple layers on em... Got some overspray on the tires, but not a big deal, I'm not going for the clean, pretty look

I'm gonna invest in some rims that Peerless sells, they're Rock Crawler look alikes, $27.99 apiece... but first is a lift kit... and that bumper I was going to put on is too bent up, so I'm still bumperless...
