Has anyone put on the new James Duff radius arms with the new transmission cross member and had problems with fit? It seams that I have a gap on either side of the the new crossmember between the frame and the new radius arm bracket. It also looks like the new crossmember is too high. I have the #5336 model witch is supposed to fit the newer models but I think that it might be the wrong one. Am I alone in this problem or is it a fitment problem isolated to certain vehicles? Please help!

There are some spacers that come with it they are like 1/8" or something. I also had to heat mine up with a torch and bend it a little to get it to fit right. Also the first time i installed it I couldnt get the front one of the two inside bolts to line up perfect so I just got under there and started hammering on it with an impact wrinch. Sience them I've tahen it on and of 4 or 5 timeds and now it fits pretty good but still not perfect.

robbiej, do you think that we got the wrong cross member? I know that there are two different ones avaiable, it just seems odd that this fit this bad.

no I don't think so the other crossmember is for the older type like bronco2s and pre90 rangers I think it is just a (colorfull) fit. Robbie
