OK guys I need to know how I can try to retrieve stuff that has fallen down the deep abyss which is accessed where the jack is, among other things, inside the cargo area. I dropped a beverage in there and it just rolled down the wheel well and hit the bottom somewhere and liquid was coming out of the bottom of the car, but want to know how to get that can out if it is possible. I tried to reach my arm down there but it is way too deep? Any suggestions?

take the trim off

Is that easy to do? Since it is a can, are there any other options like using a magnet and a string or something and dropping it down there or is the trim removal the best option? Thanks

What was the beverage?Golden soda?:D :D :D :D

a can is probably aluminum and isnt magnetic.....

Ya true..idea just flashed through my head..Ya the beverage is "golden soda," which my car wreaks of now..LOL..Oh well eventually the smell will go away and it will just be a can down there I don't really want to take the trim off and mess soemthing up or is it easy enough to not mess something up?

that piece of trim is a pain... it is huge.... but you may get rattling eventually if it isnt removed

Damnit.....oh well if it gets too bad I will pay the ford dealer to do it.

If it starts to rattle throw a old shirt or some rags down there to stop it from moving around.Just an idea:D

and a good one at that...how about this if it is possible...take the speaker on that side out and try and reach my arm through there???What do you think?

That should work.Thats a even better idea:D
