JL box

I'm in between buying the JL 10 box or buying the Q-Logic box and putting an Xtreme 10 powered by an Xtreme200 amp. I was wondering for those with the JL box, how you like it and how much you paid for it.

I Love it and would not trade it for any other box. I paid $515 for the box ans speaker a year ago... But If you want a good deal there is a Jl box on Ebay right now. For $380. Item #156023341 I saw it and wished I could have paid that...

How many watts is it? My brother has a JL 12 running 400 watts and I can here him over 1/4mi away. I don't want anything that loud, I want it to blend in with what I have. If it's between 150-300 I think I'll go with the JL, I'd save $100 over the Orion.

I have a 260watt amp running it the audio installer sayed that it is more than enought power for that ten... I think it is perfect... You will be hard pressed to find a Jl Box for $300 or less That is way below the cost of the box from Jl audio... The money you spend on the Box will be what quality you get from the box... The Cheaper the box the low the quality of the sound.... BTW that JL box is the only one made from Fiberglass. Rockford, And MTX are plastic. And I am not sure about the Q-logic... The Rockford Costs $400 And the MTX is $400 also. in my opinion Why not spend the Extra $100 on a fiberglass box. If you can spend a little more for a better quality why not? I could have bought my System cheaper and had it in sooner but I Put more Expensive componets on lay a way and paid it out... NowI am finished my System and will not change it any time soon...

Hey Kris,
Thanks for the heads up from e-bay and the stealth box. I won it last night!!!! I was the only bidder...so I won. I will update this post as to how the transaction goes. Thanks Again for the heads up.
