Sometimes when I rev up my engine around 2000-2500 rpms it makes a liquid rushing sound behind my 4x4 switch?

Thanks, Savage

Check your coolant level and your rad cap.

I've seen (or should I say heard) this happen on a lot of vehicles. Some had a full reserve of coolant, and others were a little low. If there is an air gap in the heater core, then you turn on the heat, it will refill the core with coolant, and purge the air from inside of it. Check your coolant level after doing this once it is cool, never with a hot system! It is also a good idea to flush, and fill your system once in a while to keep rust from accumulating in it.

Maybe I just need a new heater core, becuase my whole system was replaced, and flushed except the heater core. Sometimes it does it at a lower rpm then other days. Ill try the method you suggest above thanks again.

Always keep the heater on when flushing out your system, or you will only flush out your radiator, and engine (if you have a heater control valve regulating your coolant flow to your heater core).
