Just had tranny rebuilt and hard shifting...

Hey guys,
Just had my tranny rebuilt a few days ago since it completely failed on me, in my 04 XLT. Now its shifting really hard when its shifting between 1st and 2nd. Like when I stop at a stop light or sign and take off again, I get hard shifting between just those two gears but its fine otherwise. Any ideas on what it could be? thanks

I had a tranny rebuilt in an older truck I had and it shifted like it had a shift kit for a couple thousand miles. After a while it calmed down and was normal. It may just need to wear in a little bit, but I would let the shop know about it now incase something happens.

It could be low on fluid, but the best thing to do is take it back to the shop and have them diagnose and fix it.
