- 2014 JEEP WK2 SRT
Hey everyone,
I'm Originally from Texas but for the last Year have been living and Working from Western Ukraine.
I ended up importing a 2018 Explorer Sport, Jiminy what a process. I'll never whine about an hour at the DMV in the States again! I guess if there's a plus side here it's that I don't have any BS EPA rules to follow.
I think once it arrives I'll likely have a few mods I'm going to do like Colder Plugs, Intake, T-stat, 3 Bar MAP, Intercooler and Catless DP's & Tune. I'm hoping to be somewhere close to where My old 2014 Jeep SRT was at as far as power. I'm supposed to be in the US in September so I may bring all that back myself so I don't have to pay like $500 in shipping haha.
Hopefully once it arrives (and hopefully without any damage, I've heard stories of the Port of Odessa) I'll have some pictures for everyone! This is my first Ford, I've mostly owned Mopar & SRT and a few GM vehicles (including a '72 Nova SS in 2011 when I was 21).
I've read a lot of the maintenance on this platform and it seems like that's the big factor between issues and a long lasting vehicle. I think that will probably be one of the first things I do especially the PTU & Transmission.
Glad to be here and looking forward to meeting everyone!
