Saying Hi to all.# Just bought a 2003 Limited, Mineral Gray, 128K mi.#Our decision to purchase it came from having a 1988 BII and a 1991 Explorer Sport over the years.# Both ran strong and were a kick to drive. As with any used vehicle it has some things that need to be fixed and things that need to be learned.#
My wife loves the Explorer, especially the 3rd gen. refinements, and will be in the lap of luxury with the heated seats and mirrors.# I think she is planning to retire me.
Tomorrow it goes in to my mechanic, yes it will be co-maintained, to get a thorough exam.# I hope to keep on top of the fixes as they come up by using this forum. I feel blessed to be in the company of many experienced and knowledgable owners.
