I ran the starter for 8 seconds with each cylinder. The gauge read ~192 for each cylinder :D I'm pretty happy :D

One question, all the spark plugs were white on the very tip. My Haynes says that happens from too much heat/running lean. Could this be because of my headers? I attached a couple pictures. Anybody think this is something to worry about?

Thanks!

no that little amount is normal.....

Cool. And I read each cylinder should be between 100-150 psi, is 190 something to worry about?

run a lower octane fuel if it bothers you. With that kind of compression you don't need the good juice

did you dry test it or wet test it?

no the compression is fine... be lucky its that high ;)

I assume a dry test. Is wet testing pouring a little oil in before each test?

I thought it was good to be happy :D I'm running 92 because of my Apten chip. I notice a new smell around here, the smell of a supercharger ;)

uh oh... yeah its fine the way it is.... those plugs look good actually, yeah a wet test is putting in oil..... but all of them were the same, so thats good :)

Im scared to do mine after all the nitrous. I do them everyday for other people but it scares me to do myown. I'll do one this summer. That will decide if i got 347/nitrous crazy or boost.

I was expecting the worst, I'm surprised it was this high and how close each cylinder was. First time running a test too :p I think after the supercharger I'll be doing internals. That 6" lift may have to wait!
