I've recently posted several questions here, as I am now fixing up the XLT that I hadn't planned on keeping much longer, And every single one has gotten at least one answer. Thanks
I gained my car knowledge working on old cheap cars, because if you screw up your not out much (I'm pretty knowledgeable on old watercooled VW's). But I never took on much more advanced than brakes and axles on the XLT because it was a $35K car when I bought it. But now I'm learning fast, as I had to pay for someone else to fix it while I was out of town for work and the daughter need it to get back and forth to her college classes. Once you are forced to put in more money into it than it is worth, then it is time fix it up all the way and keep it, and I'm now working my way through every with your help
So once again thanks for the help and as somewhat of a payback, I'll try and post anything that I learn as I go like this:
