K&N AirCharger and FIPK differences

I know this topic has been covered a lot on here, and i have spent the last 20 minutes searching around but still have not found my answers.

What exactly are the differences between these 2 K&N intakes? I know that the Air Charger isnt emissions legal, but I am curious about the gain from the reduced restriction.

also, I have a drop in K&N filter right now, is it really worth the extra money to get a KKM or FIPK?

I don't know how to answer your question really, but I love the FIPK and I think its worth every penny. Plus I like how it looks stock in the engine bay and doesn't use the stock air tube.
