keeping my amps cool

hey guys i have 2 rockford punch 900 watt mono amps and when i have it on for more then 30 mins or so my amps are hot to the touch wich is bad. i want to know how i can keep them cooler. i was thinking about makin a amp box and putting about 4 p.c fans in it but would that be better then letting it sit in the back


any help on what to do would be great

sure, fans can help a lot.... locating them so they can blow through the heatsink, or internally across the board would be beneficial...

depending how creative you want to get with then, you could also setup a water cooling system... which is actually being talked about in another thrad here...
