If you are talking about the remote key fob, what you need to do is
Step 1: put the key in the ignition,
Step 2: turn it on/off 8 times (don't crank) with the final time leaving it in the on position, your door locks should cycle.
Step 3: push any button on your remote. Your locks should cycle again.
Repeat step 3 for all remotes you want programmed

Turn key off.

Your remotes will now work

If you are talking about the keypad on the door, if you carefully look in the jack comparment in the back, you will see a metal electronics box, attached to the side is a sticker with a 5 digit code, this code is the master code for your keypad and with it, you can program your own code.

Thanks for the info, I`ll check on this tomorrow when i get home. Thanks again.
