keyless entry dead

After replacing the battery on my 02 Explorer the remote will not function. I have changed the batteries and even checked it at one of those counter displays and it is transmitting. The keypad on the drivers door will also not unlock the doors but will lock them. The auto unlock feature is when the key is in the ignition is not functioning either, you can guess how I discovered that one. I have also checked all the fuses and found them all to be good.

Any suggestions on what would cause this?

mines doing the same thing all swiches work lock and unlock but using the keyless entry it unlocks but not locks when u hit the 7/8 and 9/0 key but does turn off light use the remote it will unlock but not lock turns off lights and even honks when pressed twice help please

I think those instructions can be found on here. Do a search for fusion key and click on the thread that is just titled fusion key. I believe they are on page 3 or 4.
