Keyless Entry pad troubleshooting

I am having problems with the keypad on the exterior on my 2016 Ford explorer.
The first problem started when it stopped accepting our code then it started continuously flashing and every time I drove the car and stopped and you touched the pad it would continuously flash now the pad doesn't activate it all.
I have already checked the fuse to make sure it wasn't blown and it's not.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
