KeyLess Entry Remote Starter??

I’m getting a Viper ‘Hornet’ Keyless entry and Remote Starter put into my 93xlt automatic, on Friday at circuit city. They want $169 for it installed plus it might be another $20 to remove my old one if he cant just snip the old wires. Anyway I was told it should take about 3 hours and the guy actually agreed to let me watch him do it(I was very surprised at this we will see) well anyway the model is DEI552T, Does this sound like a reasonable price? Also is their anything special I should look for when he is installing it to make a sure it is properly installed.?

Yeah, most the local car audio shops around here advertise that very same price, depending on the model, features, etc (that includes installation). Is this particular product have BOTH keyless entry AND remote start on the same thing, or is it two different products? If it were, the remote start is very easy to install, and I'd almost recommend doing that yourself. But I have no experience with keyless entry systems, so maybe someone else on the boards can help you with that. Good luck!
