Keyless Keypad Question

My 02 XLS has a keyless keypad that I can not get to work. I've checked the security computer for the combo and that one doesn't work. I do have an auto-start installed could that be the reason it doesn't work because my auto-start does control my door locks also.

If you bought it used, they po mite have programmed there own code. Its easy to change to make your own code.
